October is in full swing, and with it a new lease of life for Brussels after almost two years off. Singerbird has put together a list of the 8 must-see new openings in the capital.

140° @ Wolf

Last weekend, Top Chef contestants Mallory and Adrien opened their new restaurant in the Wolf food court in the center of town. This one, dedicated to Belgian cuisine, offers fries, revisited sandwiches, shrimp croquettes… In short, we love it: it’s good, Belgian and gourmet!

Popotes Comptoir Gourmand

It’s THE new place for brunch near Flagey, with pancakes, chai latte, homemade tarts… Lots of delicacies, but also local products and materials, lovingly chosen partners, and it shows in the service!

You can treat yourself on the spot, but you can also make the pleasure last all the way home with delicious take-away products. Italian specialities, fresh, local and seasonal produce… something for every taste bud.
